Fill this out once — this is the exact same set of questions we'd ask you in person, just in a form. Steven reviews everything you submit and either starts building right away, follows up with a couple questions, or fills in any gaps himself before generating your site.

A · The basics

Business name

Domain you want (or already have) One-sentence tagline

What exactly do you sell, to whom, and within what radius (if physical)? Who's the public face of the business, and is that the same person as the owner? What's their name for the chat assistant? Three words for the vibee.g. "editorial, calm, luxury" vs "workshop, honest, warm" — this picks fonts and colors

B · The product ladder

What's the FREE thing — the honest-expert guide that makes you the authority?If none exists yet, that's fine — say so and we'll write it. List everything sellable, cheapest first: name, price, and digital / physical / deposit / service Is there a natural bundle? If yes, roughly what price? (≈25% off the sum is typical) Which item is the "impulse door" — the under-$30 digital item or take-it-today stock item?

C · Your AI assistant

Tell me the founding story, with real numbers — the one you'd tell at a dinner partyThis becomes your marketing — the more specific, the better. What do customers always ask about? What research or facts should it know that AREN'T your own experience?Include source/year if you have it What must it NEVER say? Private numbers, protected names, regulated topics? Should deep answers cost the customer anything, or should chat always be free?Digital-product businesses: usually paid. Service/physical: usually free-only. Any words or phrases you hate? Pet names you use?

D · Social funnel

Which platform do your buyers actually scroll?Marketplace for local/physical, Instagram/TikTok for aspirational/digital Pick a comment keyword — one word, your niche Do you have any existing audience or viral asset to leverage? Realistic weekly content budget, in hours?

E · Money & accounts

Does a Stripe account already exist?If not, start verification today — it's the long pole. Google account for the leads sheet? Cloudflare + Netlify accounts? Anthropic API key set up? (needs a card on file; ~$5–30/month at small-shop volume) Your email addressThis is your dashboard login — same as checkout

F · Boundaries

What should the AI do when it can't help? (email? phone? "I'll ask the builder"?) Any legal or compliance line in your niche? (weddings: no legal-marriage advice; food: allergens; etc.)
